They are a very friendly family run business with a wonderful guest service experience. Diagnostic was thoroughly explained and options discussed. The new location has plenty of space and comfortable seating. There’s a play area with puzzles and coloring books to keep the little ones occupied as well. This is the only place my family goes for car needs large and small.

Ajax is very good, and I highly recommend taking your auto service business there. They are honest and do quality work in a timely manner. I have taken two of our vehicles there, and both experiences have been great.
I would highly recommend Ajax Auto to all my family and friends. I felt very welcomed and because I am a woman I was never made to feel uncomfortable or dumb. Dale explained everything to me in detail so I knew what was going on with my jeep. They replaced my water pump last week and I brought it back this week and had the brakes done. Kelly greeted me with a smile and she spent the better part of the day looking for the parts at the best price! Husband and wife team that works! They earned my trust and they will have my business as long as I live in this area! Thanks again!

The shop owners and staff was very knowledgeable with my vehicle and the pricing was at a feasible fit. They ran a diagnostics test on my vehicle and explained the issue and provide me with options for a solution. BTW Drago the shops dog is the sweetest ever🥰 He’s just a baby🥰🥰🥰🥰

This place is the most honest hard working car repair place ever,I brought my 1983 Lincoln in for ac repair and the communication and repair was above and beyond excellent,I’ve since brought my Camry in for repairs and omg all the staff make you feel like your their only car that matters,They have worked on my 1976 Camaro which wasn’t a normal fix but the head mechanic is so knowledgeable and explains everything in easy terms to understand that you don’t feel like you’re been paying for repairs that are just to make them money,I will never go to any other shop ever again these people run their business old school and they take pride in doing the correct repairs to make you want to come back again,I wish I had a way to advertise their business more than leaving a review,Lakeland is lucky to have a shop like this in this day and age
Carmax directed me to their shop because the service center at Carmax was booked out. Ajax saw me the next day. I was told by an auto store it was the alternator, but it was apparently just the battery. I had concerns about the transmission and the car sounding weird when you popped the hood, it seems like they took my concerns seriously and looked into everything, they said it all seems to be running as it’s supposed too. Receptionist was absolutely amazing, I know very little about cars but she made sure to explain everything to me and was also very kind and understanding. Will be back (:

Pretty good place. They replaced my caliper and brake hose and the problem still wasn’t fixed. Then they replaced my master cylinder and problem fixed. I asked them to check my battery, but it seems they did not, as it died the next night. But they fixed my problem and Kelly is very sweet!

My headlights needed replacement due to them being very faded. I called Ajax Auto Place, spoke with Kelly (who is very nice) she gave me a quote, and I scheduled to have them replaced the next day. Excellent service good prices. Mechanic is very detailed when explaining all issues. They even let you do a walk through with the car on the lift as he explains what is needed. Top of the line service, I wouldn’t waste my time any place else. Highly recommend.

Just want to start by saying they are the nicest people I’ve dealt with anywhere having to deal with a vehicle! They were so professional & got my a/c back workin within an hour! Definitely recommend them to anyone! On a side note the lady was so nice to my kids & myself while we were waitin in the waitin area with nice conversation! They are definitely people pleasers! OMG!! I literally pulled up on a flat and they we’re so kind and accommodating to quickly just top off my tires for FREE,so I could safely make it home appreciate it greatly, as two places that already told me no which was unbelievable so I give them five stars!!

My mechanic of 13 years sold his shop early last year and moved to Georgia. So, I have been looking for a long-term mechanic that I could trust to replace him and found it in Dale at Ajax Auto Place. Dale and Kelly have been very responsive, did a good job of explaining why I needed new front brake pads, and helped me deal with a dead battery all at good prices and got the job done timely while I waited. Give them a try!
